Clipper is operated by [Your name or company], [City], France. It lets you turn your videos into short vertical clips, generate images and videos with AI, and publish your clips to your own TikTok and Instagram accounts.

• You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to use TikTok or Instagram if you connect them.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the clips you create.
• You may only upload or link videos that you made or that you have permission to use. You confirm this before each import.
• You give us a limited license to store and process your content only to provide the service to you (for example, cutting clips or posting them where you ask).
• You are responsible for the content you publish, including captions, music and the disclosure of promotional or branded content.

You agree not to use Clipper to:

• infringe copyright or other rights, or repost content you do not own;
• publish illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or misleading content, spam, or impersonate someone;
• generate deceptive AI content about real people without their consent;
• break, overload or try to access parts of the service you are not allowed to.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

• Posting is optional and only happens when you click “Post”, with the audience and settings you choose.
• Content you post must also follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.
• Clipper is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or Meta.
• Processing on TikTok or Instagram can take a few minutes, and these platforms may refuse or remove a post under their own rules.

AI results (clip suggestions, titles, generated images and videos) can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review them before publishing, and label AI-generated content where the platform asks you to.

Some features may become paid. Prices and conditions will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated.

We work to keep Clipper available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of important videos. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of content caused by events outside our control.

You can stop using Clipper and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
